Sarnova has announced plans to relocate and expand its headquarters to Dublin, a city northwest of Columbus of about 50,000 people.
The company, which owns Bound Tree Medical, Cardio Partners, Digitech and Tri-anim Health Services, offers more than 100,000 innovative health and safety products to national emergency care providers, hospitals, advanced patient-care facilities, schools, universities, businesses and federal government agencies, according to its website.
“With our most valuable asset being our workforce, the imperative to expand Sarnova’s facilities to cultivate an environment conducive to collaboration and the development of innovative solutions and technology offerings for our customers became evident,” Brian LaDuke, CEO of Sarnova, said in a press release.
“The redevelopment of the new facility will include technology investments and environmentally sustainable features throughout the 66,000 square feet.”
The $15.8 million investment will be completed in June 2025 and will retain more than 175 jobs.
Each of Sarnova’s companies has a unique role in the health care industry. Bound Tree Medical provides prehospital emergency supplies, equipment and pharmaceuticals for EMS providers, including first responders, EMTs and paramedics. Tri-anim Health Services provides respiratory, anesthesia and critical care products to health care systems, hospitals and patient facilities. Cardio Partners works in the prevention of cardiac emergencies from AED sales and repairs, program management and CPR training, and, finally, Digitech provides billing and technology services for the EMS transport industry.
Sarnova, the parent company for each of these companies, has been in business for over 50 years and leads health and safety sales across the spectrum of care in central Ohio. The company has over 1,300 employees and five distribution centers located across the United States.
“We serve those who serve first” is one of Sarnova’s mission statements, meaning the company focuses on serving EMS, firefighters, police officers, nurses and hospitals.
“We are thrilled to have Sarnova expand within the city of Dublin,” says Jenna Goehring, the economic development administrator for the city of Dublin. “They are a leader in the health care industry and a valuable part of our business community. We look forward to their partnership and continued success in Dublin.”
This expansion is due to a partnership between JobsOhio, a private nonprofit economic development corporation; One Columbus, an economic development organization for the Columbus region; and the city of Dublin.
“Sarnova’s decision to establish a new headquarters in Dublin will ensure this rapidly growing health care company continues to thrive in the Columbus region as it has for more than half a century,” says JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “The fully renovated space will ensure Sarnova can meet the rising demand of its EMS and acute care clients that rely on Sarnova’s products, services and technology solution to improve patients’ lives.”
